Mr. Dilsaver is responsible for the planning and implementation of smart mobility and connected vehicle projects in Dublin, Ohio.
He leads the day-to-day operations of the City’s intelligent transportation system (ITS) including traffic signal system as well as the design, planning, organization, installation and operation of all forms of electrical equipment and traffic maintenance. He assists with the planning, programming, design and construction of transportation and mobility infrastructure including streets, intersections, traffic control devices, and street lighting to ensure a multimodal transportation system that is efficient, safe, and of high quality.
Prior to joining the City of Dublin in 2024, he served as the Mobility and Construction Manager for the City of Marysville, Ohio for 16 years leading smart mobility connected vehicle projects
