Dr. Miha Vindis is the Director of the Texas Certified Public Manager® (CPM) Program and a professor of practice at Texas State University, focused on developing public sector leaders through strategic planning, AI implementation, and organizational management. He has partnered with organizations such as Deloitte, Royal Dutch Shell, and Habitat for Humanity Texas, drawing on extensive consulting and non-profit experience. Dr. Vindis holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin and co-founded Engage Leadership Consulting, where he advises on leadership and scenario planning. Outside of work, he enjoys baking, cycling, and traveling with his family.
