Eddie Bowling serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Thomasville with 23 years of service. Currently, Eddie manages the Police Department, Fire Department, Radio System, IT Department and responsibilities in community and economic development. He previously served in the Fire Department for 20 years progressing through every rank to become Fire Chief in 2020. He has served as board member for many local organizations. Eddie has a Master’s in Public Administration from at Appalachian State University.
