Andy Jaffee is a Senior IT Manager with the Information Technology Services Department (ITSD) at the City of San Antonio (CoSA). He oversees the Broadband Division which includes the communications planning and the public safety radio teams. Andy successfully managed the city's recent radio system upgrade, a multi-year project with a capital budget of $80 million. Prior to his employment with the City of San Antonio, Mr. Jaffee worked for two other municipalities. The City of Baltimore, where he implemented the police department's body-worn camera program and the City of Hartford, Connecticut.
