Steven Jenkins is the Economic Development Director for the City of Caldwell, overseeing the planning and implementation of the city’s economic development efforts. Since joining in 2019, he has promoted Caldwell to businesses, restaurant groups, entrepreneurs, and site consultants, while working with stakeholders to strengthen the local economy, guiding investments during a period of rapid growth.
Before joining Caldwell, he served as Assistant Director of Concurrent Enrollment at Boise State University and Coordinator for Dual Credit at the College of Western Idaho. He holds a bachelor's degree from Reinhardt University in Georgia, a master's degree from Missouri State University, and a certificate in economic development from the University of Oklahoma.
