Shane is currently the Chief Information Officer for the City of Seguin, TX, just outside of San Antonio. He has more than twenty-seven years of experience across multiple IT disciplines supporting the Air Force, national intelligence, reconnaissance, private industry, and municipal government operations. Throughout his career he has overseen and supported numerous widespread technology initiatives. These include supporting military operations, global technology, cybersecurity, networking, telecom, systems, and more recently GIS visioning.
